Looking for private credit or PE to fund a $5M deal

Hi All, I have a great online education business with high cash flow under LOI, but can not use SBA loans as the business is currently located in Dubai. Post-close I will, of course, move the headquarters to the US, but need to find a lender that can help me get across the finish line. Any lenders, funds, referrals, etc. are greatly appreciated!
