Looking for Equity Partners or Investors - advice please

I am looking for a PE partner or private investor for a deal - $6M revenue and $1M EBITDA. The deal is sound and has great potential to grow. I am finding it very difficult to find potential PE partners or even individual investors, or at least get a reply from any of them. I know these people are very busy and probably receive multiple pitches every day, so any advice on how to attract PE firms or private investors, or any online platforms that are worth looking at?

Any advice is welcome, thanks in advance.

If you don't want to go the SBA route or provide a PG for conventional financing on the deal, you should look for something larger to start with. Maybe this asset could be an add-on to a bigger platform. This next chapter needs to be worth your time. 5% of EBITDA is a standard management fee for an independent sponsor. You want to work this for $50K? I know there are exceptions, and salaries, etc. but my point is it needs to be worth the squeeze. Having said all of that, if you love the space, you could reach out to Gemini. Pitch it as a rollup and you're actively building the pipeline. Is it under LOI? Nobody will take the call unless the deal is locked up. If it is, lead with that fact and they'll respond.
