I'm currently under LOI to acquire a tech-enabled services company with Canadian and US operations. The business is profitable and generates ~C$2M in revenue (split ~50/50 between Canada/US, primarily monthly recurring). I'm looking for an experienced QoE provider to support due diligence efforts.
