I'm an independent sponsor structuring the acquisition of a dental practice in the DMV metro area. Seller owns both the practice and the underlying real estate (two properties, side-by-side). Plan is to execute a sale-leaseback on the real estate concurrent with closing the practice acquisition, using the SLB proceeds to fund a significant portion of the purchase price at close.
