A couple deals came across my desk recently and we’re looking for searchers or sponsors that might be interested in partnering on these opportunities.

Deal 1: commercial services in the Midwest, est. EBITDA $2mm - $3mm, live brokered process

Deal 2: surgical center in Florida, $1.5mm TTM EBITDA, 3x purchase multiple for business, $4.75mm in real estate, proprietary
