Looking for Searchers (Focus on Spain, Italy, Portugal, Turkey, France)

Hello, we are Via Unita, part of Chapters AG, a group focused on acquiring and building software companies. We are currently active in the DACH region and have a strong network across Europe. We are now looking to partner with Searchers—motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who want to identify and acquire software companies in their home countries and eventually take on a leadership role. Our plan is to work with a limited number of Searchers (maximum two per country) and build local teams around them. How we envision the collaboration We would like to start with a pilot phase to see whether the working relationship is a good fit for both sides before formalizing it through a contract. What we are looking for We are seeking future leaders with professional experience who: Are entrepreneurial and driven Are motivated to search for suitable software companies (succession situations preferred) Are willing to take responsibility for managing the company after acquisition What we bring to the table Capital for acquisitions Expertise in contract negotiations, due diligence, and transaction execution Pre-qualified lead lists and additional operational support Collaboration model One dedicated point of contact providing coaching and access to resources Initially no fixed salary; with lead flow and a successful collaboration, compensation will be introduced later Focus on software companies The Searcher receives an equity stake in the company they acquire and lead Best regards, Jonas
