I am currently evaluating a company acquisition and would greatly appreciate any sample financial models or templates used in self-funded or traditional search fund deals. Specifically interested in how folks have structured purchase price assumptions, capital stack (debt/equity), and investor returns. Happy to trade notes or share what I’ve built as well – thanks in advance!

Thanks for the tag, Luke. ^redacted‌ - check out ETA IQ: www.etaiq.com It's a CRM for Searchers, but they have a built-in financial model that I've been using for a few months. I pretty much use it daily as an initial filter for deals I'm considering, and have used it to build full models for a few targets I've pursed into LOI.‌
