Good morning and thank you in advance. Would anyone have language for a seller's note for an LOI they could send me?

If you want to propose terms at this point in an LOI, you can add them###-###-#### Planning drives you success, Steve
from University of Michigan in Detroit, MI, USA
"$[__] payable in the form of a promissory note (the “Note”), which will bear interest at [__]% per annum and will have a term of [__] years. For the first two years of the term, the Note will be on full standby and no principal or interest shall be payable. The principal of the Note shall amortize over the remaining [__] years of the term. For the first two years of the term, Buyer shall make payments of interest only."
But there are a number of ways you can do it, as others on the thread have pointed out.
Let me know if you want to discuss your LOI in greater depth. Always happy to answer questions. Either DM me here or reach out at redacted
