Looking for smaller deal in the UK

Hello everybody,

I’m might be interested to acquire a business that could be below the searchfund threshold in terms of size - EBITDA -. If anybody found a company could be too small for a traditional search fund, please, let me know. The territory would be preferable in the UK.
