Looking for SME operational experience in Canada

Looking for COO/GM kind of roles ideally at a Searcher acquired company but also at small businesses in general. I see this as a stepping stone to acquiring and running a company eventually.

My background: 10+ years of experience in Equity Research, Private Equity, and a Searcher acquired software company in Montreal. Yale MBA, CFA, FRM.
