Looking for someone to help with due diligence & advising

I'm in the process of drafting an LOI for a sports training business for kids. It's run absentee right now about an hour from where I'm located, great financials, SBA approved etc. YOY growth + been in business since 2017

This is a more significant overall investment than my husband, and I were looking to make (and about 90% leveraged with an SBA loan), but the cash flow seems to make sense. I would like to hire someone to do due diligence on a contract basis but don't have a enough capital of invest in som of the offerings I'm seeing (10-25k).

Any suggestions or members here who can help?

^redacted‌, we've been searching for a minute now. Just had to break an LOI but have been able to really dial in our diligence process throughout our search (helping us move at least 5x faster). We divide our diligence process into two main categories: 1) analyze the characteristics of the company (to make sure it's a fit for you) and 2) analyze/underwrite it from a value/liquidity perspective. Built out broker/owner meeting agendas/talking points, process workflow chart, document requirement list, legal check list, etc. Happy to help if I can, just hit me up via DM or email redacted and we can find some time to chat.

Depending on the scope of due diligence you’ve been seeking out and the size and complexity of your deal, the range you’ve stated is on the lower end-middle of what I’ve seen quoted.
