I am looking for someone to help me with financial due diligence on a deal that I am currently looking into. We will be submitting LOI next week,

About the deal: <$10M EV, psychological readiness services, B2B, mission critical service.

This would involve primarily going through tax and bank statements. You'd need at least moderate level of excel proficiency to be efficient in the given time frame.
