Looking for someone who knows Septic construction business

Hey everyone..in pre-LOI stage with a company that is in Septic Construction in a major city with tons of growth and development happening.

Would anyone who knows this type of business and industry niche really well be willing to hop on a call with me and gut check the financials and the business overall with me?

I think I have a good sense of the risks and opportunities but this is a niche that I don't have experience in specifically.

Im a solo searcher and would also welcome any partners in this deal if you can serve in an advisor type of role.
