Thanks ^redacted‌. I have recommendations that are in the Central time zone, (Austin and Chicago), but unfortunately not specifically in St. Louis. I echo Preston and Rich's comments about NetSuite vs. Intacct. Both have their places, and yes, Oracle knows how to sell software. Haven't seen a lot of Dynamics lately, but would highly recommend Acumatica if this is a manufacturing/distribution business, or if there's an eCommerce component.

One of my recommendations is an Austin-based Intacct (SIAP) Partner of the Year, however they're exclusive to software, professional/business services, and healthcare companies. If the business is in one of these industries, it's great because In addition to Intacct they also include BILL, Nexonia/Expensify, Blackline, etc. The tech stack is already pre-integrated and packaged as a monthly retainer, with SLAs to onboard within###-###-#### days depending on advanced modules, clean-up work, and complexity of the business.

My other recommendation is a more traditional ERP VAR, a Chicag0-based Acumatica Partner of the Year (and a Diamond Sponsor at the upcoming Acumatica event next month) who specializes in both ERP and in E-Commerce implementations. I can point to other Acumatica VARs depending on the industry, company size, etc. But you're likely looking at a 9-18 month implementation, even with the "best" VARs. Either way, happy to discuss if you'd like to DM me.

I do not know any St. Louis-based implementation partners but have a couple of comments/suggestions. First, most ERP implementations these days, including implementations of NetSuite, are done virtually/remotely. For any ERP implementation, I strongly suggest that you focus on finding an implementation partner that has experience working on implementations within your industry. That implementation experience is much more important than physical proximity of the partner. Second, having someone on your team that is experienced in ERP implementations is critically important. Implementation partners budget scope and thus price the project based on an assumption that the client has experience defining work flows so that they can be implemented in software, cleaning data, specifying accounting rules and controls, etc. Without knowledgable experience in the client, implementation projects either go way over budget because of increases in scope to compensate for this lack of knowledge or for rework due to misunderstandings of how the system works, or the implemented systems operate poorly. If your team does not have the requisite experience, I suggest hiring a consultant to be part of your team to implement your side of the implementation project. I am currently performing this function for NetSuite implementations at two clients.
