Looking for strong operational talent to run an independent branch

I'm looking at bringing on someone to run a new branch of my business in the Florida Keys. This branch would be a relatively independently run by you with oversight and guidance provided by me. You would be stepping into and running an already established business much as a searcher would. You would be responsible for hiring/firing, sales, operations, etc. I'm looking for someone with strong operational, financial, and sales skills who thinks like an owner. It would also be helpful if you are somewhat mechanically inclined, but I will also help train you and build your industry expertise. Having been an operator and done 3 other acquisitions over the past 16 months already, I have the relationships, strategies, and industry knowledge to help make this branch an immediate success. I have been looking at bringing on someone with direct industry experience, but think a "searcher" might be a better fit as the industry knowledge can be taught/learned.
