Looking for Successful Search Funders

I have an IB colleague who's put together a dozen SPACs. He's interested in helping me with a Search Fund as a "small scale SPAC" but has very specific questions that I don't exactly know how to answer. Is there anyone out there willing to have a conversation with us? He's very well connected and I think would be worth a chat. Cheers.
