Hi there,

While being part of this community for a while, as a quick introduction, I am the founder of KSMC, a boutique consulting firm focused on M&A Advisory (FDD/QOE) Services, CFO Advisory Services and Outsourced Accounting Services. I come with 19+ years of hands-on advisory experience with Big 4 firms and large consulting firms. We are based out of North America, but our reach is global.
