Looking for transaction CPA recommendations

I'm looking for recomendations for a CPA to help assess the tax cost/benefit of a potential 338 H (10) election for an acquisition of an infrastructure utility company. We are set to close in 6 weeks, so all recomendations will be greatly appreciated.
