Acquiring a Manufacturing Company Through LBO

Hi, I am looking to buy a small business through LBO in the manufacturing sector. My goal is to link with investors in exchange for equity in the business.

I have secured a Letter of Commitment for $10M, would like to find an investor to bridge the gap between traditional funding and seller financing.

I am senior enlisted military member with experience in metal fabrication and legal contracts. I have a master’s degree in International Business with Applied Leadership and Management, and look forward to connecting with like-minded members in my pursuit of acquiring a business.
