We’re actively seeking to acquire in the consumer goods or niche B2B manufacturing/distribution space with $500k-$1.5m EBITDA. If you’ve come across a deal that fits the criteria below but isn’t quite right for your own search, we’d be happy to connect and will pay a referral fee for successful introductions. Target geographies: Western/Southwestern U.S., Atlanta, Chicago, Minneapolis-St. Paul.
