We’re building Evergate Holdings, a committed capital holding company focused on acquiring and scaling essential infrastructure services businesses across North America. We’re not a traditional search fund or private equity firm; our model is to acquire and operate high-quality businesses with long-term intent. We target companies with $1–2.5M of EBITDA in sectors like: • Infrastructure testing & certification (e.g. safety testing, utility inspections, compliance verification) • Municipal and civil field services (e.g. roadway maintenance, traffic safety, drainage services, utility support) • Environmental and regulatory compliance (e.g. stormwater inspections, environmental monitoring, industrial reporting services) We’re actively looking to acquire deal pipelines from searchers who are winding down their search, whether or not you completed a deal. We’re particularly interested in: • Pre-qualified owner conversations or near-term deal prospects • Brokered deals that didn’t close but had potential • Industry-specific research or lead lists (in infrastructure or field services) • Warm introductions or broker relationships in relevant sectors We’re open to fair compensation structures and can diligence opportunities quickly. If you have assets you’d like to monetize or just want to ensure good leads don’t go to waste, we’d love to connect. You can reach us at redacted or DM me directly. Also — if you're a broker, lawyer or service provider active in our focus areas, we’d be glad to connect as we expand our network of experts. Thanks, The Evergate Holdings Team
