Looking to connect re commercial construction

I am currently looking at a fairly new hotel builder that has seen rapid growth in the last couple of years.

What’s a prospective lender’s point of view on how to analyze this type of deal. Would like some guidance here and possibly a lending partner.

Any searchers or funds focused in this area? I have already done a deal on the residential side and looking to add commercial capabilities.
