Thanks Luke, this is what we're doing in my country for healthcare roll-ups 1. Kmow your buying criteria - Your partner should know the bottlenecks of a medical practice including margins and EBITDA multiple 2. Surround yourself with experinced COO / CEO / CFO advisors from the niche sector and build a team (add back on EBITDA) 3. Cold outreach - Direct mail, calling and door knocking Hope this helps
