We’re focused on healthcare and currently operating in the ophthalmology space. We’re about 120 days out from closing our first structured doctor-to-doctor acquisition in New York. The deal is 100% bank financed, and we’ll be stepping in on the business side as the operating partner via an MSO.
We’ve already built a proprietary off-market sourcing engine and AI-driven outreach system, similar to Inven.ai, but in-house and running for pennies on the dollar.
Since you’ve already got a clinical partner and seem to be thinking long-term, we’re open to exploring whether there’s a way to grow something bigger together. There may be an opportunity to plug into our platform and explore collaboration through our holding company, Verdira Acquisitions.
