Looking to Connect with Independent Sponsors (Residential & Essential Services Focus)

I’m actively looking to connect with independent sponsors who have experience investing in, operating, or diligencing businesses in the residential and essential services sectors (landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, pest, cleaning, pool care, home services roll-ups, etc.).
I’d love to learn from those who have “been there before,” specifically around:
• Financing strategies (SBICs, private credit, non-PG structures)
• Working with lenders and brokers in these sectors
• Sourcing approaches that have worked for you
• Preferred deal structures and economics when partnering with capital
• How you’ve built your bench of operators
• Materials you’ve found most effective for lender/LP conversations
