Search Focus: EBITDA: $1M–$2M Industries: Business services, light manufacturing, value-added distribution, niche B2B e-commerce, etc. Criteria: Recurring revenue, fragmented competition, low customer concentration, durable demand About Me: I hold an M.S. in Civil Engineering, currently manage a team at Fidelity (leading strategic initiatives and people across complex operations), and recently launched my own hardware startup (giving me experience in product development, raising/managing capital, and building teams). Hello Kevin! Proven is based in Utah as am I. We are very active in the M&A space in this and other markets as an advisory firm. I do not wish to hi jack your post :-) Based on the sheer number of comments from local searchers, I am curious if their is interest in a local/in person meet up to share deal flow, ideas and network?
