Looking to Connect with Lenders / Brokers for Non-Citizen Buyer

Hello Searchfunder Community, I’m a Michigan-based searcher and a Canadian citizen, which unfortunately disqualifies me from accessing SBA financing. That said, I’ve had some success working with local banks that were willing to lend to me despite my non-citizen status. I’m hoping to connect with lenders or loan brokers who have experience working with non-citizen buyers and may be able to support larger loan sizes. I don’t have a live deal at the moment—I’m mainly trying to get a better understanding of what financing options could be available when the right opportunity comes along. If you’ve navigated something similar or have contacts who specialize in this area, I’d greatly appreciate any advice or introductions. Thank you!
