Hello,
I'm currently exiting two businesses and looking to relocate and enter into the home care industry. Interested in both medical and non.
I would like to connect with those currently operating in the industry or searchers who are deep in the process of their search. If you or anyone you know would be willing to share their experience and views Id love to get on a call and chat.
Thank you!

Here's an 80,000 feet overview of the industry.
The entre industry is Extremely competitive with many consolidators all going after targets. The key here comes down to your deal sourcing process and obviously what you offer.
Here's my 2 cents and the big things to watch for:
1> Better to avoid franchises since otherwise you TAM reduced drastically
2> Understand Medicare and Medicaid laws especially reimbursement rates....also, be prepared for regulatory curve balls when it comes to these.
Most importantly CON and license transfer if you're entering the skilled space.
3> Deal sourcing process - with an emphasis on how you reach out to your targets......HC owner's aren't the most tech savvy people I've met.
As long as you cover the big 3 (mentioned above) everything else is pretty simple and straightforward.....whether you talk about getting funding, etc.
