I have found an interesting company in the frozen food industry in France and that I am moving towards an acquisition: SPA signature this week, senior debt secured and finalizing equity.

I am looking to connect with operators and investors.with experience/interest in the food industry as a whole, or even better, in the frozen food business more specifically.

^redacted‌ I have food experience but not frozen experience. I manufacture a dry, shelf-stable brand. The one comment I have is that when I was searching I looked at a company that was all frozen goods and later I was so relieved the deal didn't work out because frozen is definitely more expensive and a bit trickier from a transport and storage. But this may be less of an issue over time as the amount of frozen food offerings increases.

Thanks for the mention ^redacted‌.. Daniel - I would be happy to share insights. I agree with ^redacted‌ the category is more challenging due to transportation, storage, and, of course, the limited retail / refrigerated space.
