Integral Private Wealth recently launched a $30MM fund focused on search, ETA, and micro-PE. We are currently seeking to invest in the search stage for traditional search funds, both single searchers and partnerships. While we are certainly interested in searchers pursuing the customary slower growth with high EBITDA margin industries, we are also very open to searchers that may be looking at higher growth acquisitions including software. Our firm has extensive experience and allocation to venture capital and SaaS investments, so we are very open to hybrid or creative approaches to search that combine the best of both styles.
