looking to finance a medical practice

Did anybody in the group try to get a medical practice financed through SBA? Is that doable since the medical practice technically has to be majority owned by a medical director and a non physician is only allowed to control the Managed Service Organization (MSO) ? any good lender for them?

Have a MSO currently in works and truthfully is a bit of a headache to structure on SBA side. Medical director and borrower, in short, must be on the same page and have a steadfast business relationship. Not always the easiest arrangement to find.
