Caprae is growing incredibly fast and is expected to grow 25% MoM for most of 2026 and we need someone who is crazy about building a rocket ship with us with the rignt talent.
About the Role: Director of Strategic Scaling
You’ll be the right-hand operator to the founding team, helping us scale the internal machine, lead deal execution, develop future talent, and spearhead vertical expansions.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage Deal Team + Ops Team
-Run internal execution systems, KPI accountability, and hiring infrastructure
-Be the central node of communication and velocity across Caprae
-Scout, train, and promote future killers inside our intern-to-operator pipeline
-Architect strategy and attack new verticals (new industries, new geos, new systems)
-Strategize on financial resource allocation to systemically design growth based on human resources
You must have:
-High density of success within a short period of time. Performance efficiency > experience
Have at least one elite skill:
-AI / coding
-Deal origination / dealmaking / deal structuring
-Sales / marketing
-Built a company past $1M revenue
Preferences:
-Former Caprae Leadership interns heavily favored
-Be obsessed with data-driven decision-making. We recruit like "Money Ball" and have -KPIs similar to Fantasy Sports (Think "PER", "WAR")
-No more than 5 years of experience; those with 5+ years of exp will be waitlisted and are expected; to have exponential career trajectory after year 5; 3 years of work experience is ideal
-Non-MBAs strongly preferred
