I have experience growing, operating, and exiting gyms. I am looking to invest in a larger opportunity. Does anyone have deals they have come across? $1-5m sale price, $300k+ cashflow (could be a WIP too). I'd be willing to relocate, just want to stay out West and get out of CA.
