Looking to network with others interested in IT services rollups

My partner and I are in the early stages of launching a 2026 search fund for an IT services rollup using our firm as the platform. Our model is former Tier-1 (McK, BCG, Bain, Accenture) digital transformation execs and architects on the front end backed by elite "offshore" premium talent on the back end delivery side. I myself sold my first firm to GTCR-backed rollup back in the day but looking for folks to connect to help understand today's landscape. The IT services industry is going through a big shake up and we aim to capitalize on the changes in the market.

Tnx ^redacted‌ for the tag. ^redacted‌ I am in year 2 of our rollup. Did 2 with SBA 7a end of 2023 to our existing IT company and working on a 3rd now. Plan to finish the 4th by EOY by which we will maximize 7a and will have to figure out what next. Happy to connect and compare notes. Best - Roni

Hey Brian - Nice to hear from you. Last time we met was at an event / class at Booth I am working with couple IT services firms who specialize in Salesforce and Google Cloud catering to public sector. They have a very similar setup with onsite / offshore like you mentioned. There is quite a big scope to roll up a few firms in this space but I just don't have the bandwidth to muscle through it.
