Looking to network with others interested in IT services rollups

My partner and I are in the early stages of launching a 2026 search fund for an IT services rollup using our firm as the platform. Our model is former Tier-1 (McK, BCG, Bain, Accenture) digital transformation execs and architects on the front end backed by elite "offshore" premium talent on the back end delivery side. I myself sold my first firm to GTCR-backed rollup back in the day but looking for folks to connect to help understand today's landscape. The IT services industry is going through a big shake up and we aim to capitalize on the changes in the market.

I’ve been involved in numerous IT service provider rollups and acquisitions, and I’m currently assisting others pursuing similar strategies. About 15 years ago, I sold my own MSP, which I had grown both organically and through acquisition. Since then, I’ve continued working on rollups and developed the MSP Business Evaluator & Accelerator—a tool that has become a magnet for off-market deals and is actively used by private equity firms, venture capital, family offices, and IT service providers.
