Looking to partner on deals

I’m currently looking for B2B businesses that:

Have $10M to $50M in annual revenue. Have $2M to $8M in annual EBITDA. Have at least a 10% EBITDA margin. Have at least 10 full time employees. Is not a franchisee or a smoke shop. Is growing in a growing industry. Is fairly priced.
