Looking to raise $2.6M

The holiday season brings deals. Looking to raise up to $2.6M in equity for 100% of the business. The business produces about $1.8M in EBITDA (yes 1.44x). The deal is 100% equity because we need to close by the end of the year. Please indicate if interested.
