Looking to raise capital for a business acquisition

We have a General Contractor (mostly interior renovations no new build) company under LOI currently and are looking to raise funds to purchase it. We would rather not go the SBA route if we can avoid it mostly because it takes a really long time and can hold up the deal. The business does 8MM a year and this would be a stock sale. Real Estate isn't included but can be purchased separately and used as collateral which we are currently working through. They have been around 40-years and very well known in the Denver market.

Anyone have access to PE or private funds they would be willing to share? Hoping to close around 12/31 so looking to get the funding wrapped up ASAP.

We would be happy to have a conversation on the financing side and go over options. However, if you are looking to raise debt for most of the transaction you are likely going to dilute yourself pretty significantly. Bringing some debt in would help. You can reach me here or at redacted Good luck!

Hi ^redacted‌ - I have folks who would look at the deal from an investor standpoint and folks who would buy the real estate (if you're looking to do a sale-leaseback). Shoot me an email redacted
