A friend of mine is doing this (beyond MSP cyber consulting). He's been successful getting large brands by leveraging his resume, connections, etc. to charge the high rates to afford qualified staff. While that sounds like a common and straightforward, the high cost of qualified staff can be prohibitive to most people. Are you already doing consulting on your own?
