I’m an independent M&A / Corporate Development analyst in London, previously supporting buy-side acquisitions in the mid-market across Europe and North America. I’m looking to get more involved with search fund operators and independent sponsors, particularly around financial modelling, pre-LOI analysis, commercial diligence, and pipeline development.
