Low cost legal services for micro deal ($355K Purchase price)

I am under LOI for a a micro deal ($350K Purchase Price) and looking for an M&A attorney for this deal. This is a all cash deal for a Digital Marketing Company. We already have the draft of Purchase Agreement, we are looking for someone who would review and provide feedback on this deal.

Just a warning here: it doesn't matter how small the deal is, there is a minimum size to the purchase agreement that makes sense. I say this because I've been in the position to say, "*How* many pages for a $300K deal?!?" before. That being said, DM me and I can send you a couple of options.
