M&A Activity Slowdown?

As many self-funded searchers, I am searching for businesses with an EBITDA between $1M and $2M, and I am looking only at brokered deals.

In the last 3-4 months I am seeing a lower volume of deals going to market. Is this a trend that you are seeing too? Is there seasonality in the M&A market?

Concur. Economic uncertainty and lower valuations due to increased borrowing costs are having an understandable impact on advisor listings.
