As our M&A Advisor, you lead a book of client relationships from onboarding to closing day: shaping the search, coaching clients through every deal, pressure-testing the numbers, and telling them the truth when a deal is wrong for them. About 80% of the seat is client-facing. We’re looking for 3+ years on the front lines of transactions (M&A, search, brokerage, SBA lending, ETA or similar), strong finance and deal structuring skills, and someone who can tell a client the hard thing kindly.
