About Us
Global Delta Securities is a research and investment fund committed to providing hands-on experience in equity research, portfolio management, and global market analysis. We are in the process of building an M&A Advisory practice focused on advising buyers and sellers through the transaction lifecycle. Our advisory approach will leverage deep sector insights, valuation expertise, and strategic positioning to help clients maximize value and achieve their objectives.
Position Overview
We are seeking M&A Advisory Interns to join our team in developing and executing client advisory engagements. This role involves conducting market and company research, preparing pitch books and information memorandums, assisting in valuation analyses, and supporting transaction processes from early-stage outreach through closing. Interns will work directly with the leadership team to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations for client transactions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct company, industry, and market research to support buy-side and sell-side mandates
- Prepare client-facing materials, including pitch decks, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), and management presentations
- Assist in valuation work, including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses
- Support due diligence processes by compiling data, preparing analysis, and - coordinating with legal, accounting, and operational teams
- Monitor M&A activity, deal structures, and relevant industry trends to inform client strategy
- Work alongside senior advisors to develop recommendations and transaction roadmaps for clients

Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate student with a graduation date of June 2028 or earlier
- Strong interest in investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic advisory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with financial modeling skills preferred
- Understanding of valuation methods and the M&A transaction process
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
