M&A deals intelligence - Discoperi

Hi guys, While I was researching various targets, I regularly felt the need to find recent deals in the industry. I used to write a short message to the guys who were involved in the deals, but typically with little or no actual feedback. Plus, the deals in the PE industry lack public information, or it's super scattered. To fill the gap, since 2023, I started putting together a simple database.
