What skills are you looking to learn? ETA is a broad space, and successful searchers usually combine operational, financial, and management skills. Depending on where you are in your career or search process, the path will look different. That said, a strong place to start is basic accounting and financial analysis, so you can confidently read and understand financial statements/tax returns.
