M&A Origination Intern

Oak Tree Industries is seeking a sharp, driven M&A Intern to support our ongoing acquisition efforts within the green services sector. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working directly with the Founder, CFO, Head of M&A, and our deal team at the forefront of private equity execution. As a key contributor, you’ll help identify acquisition targets, analyze industry trends, and assist in the execution of strategic deals. This is a part-time, remote position with significant exposure and the potential for increased responsibility as we continue scaling. Key Responsibilities: Deal Sourcing & Origination: Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the landscaping and green services industry. Industry & Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and consolidation trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside our M&A team, legal advisors, and executive leadership to support end-to-end deal execution and integration. This internship is ideal for someone hungry to learn, eager to grow, and ready to get in the trenches of private equity roll-ups.
