Hey team!

Does anyone have any experience sending mailers to prospective deals? I am pretty tired of cold emails so I am trying something else.

I would love to know how it went and how you went about designing the mailer.

I've had success via digital outreach. Worked with a guy that made 200,000 outreaches (10 outreaches x 20,000 companies); response rate was probably###-###-#### companies. Outreach defined as email / text message to their cell phone / voicemail dropped to their cell phone. Many between $1 - $3M of EBITDA. Some were far larger (ie $44M of EBITDA).

I would suggest you either hire someone to handle your outreach by calling your deal flow or do it yourself. This is what most people aren’t doing so you would definitely have a competitive advantage. Do the thing nobody else wants to do….
