In the midst of AI and bots flooding the cold-calling market to the point where if you put your phone number in the linkedin system its going to get flooded by bot calls, what are some effective ways one can get in contact with owners without breaking the bank or wasting invaluable time climbing up phone trees and hierarchies to get a phone call with someone? Some tips or pointers would be much appreciated.

I have found personalized messages on LinkedIn to work well and emails that are short, interesting, and not salesly get attention. You also want a good emailing system so you can see who opened the emails, segment audiences, and automatically remind you when someone has signaled interest by clicking on a link or downloading something you send them. Then you can follow up with them with a certain email or even a call. I use a CRM where I can set it to notify me when someone opens an email so I can then immediately call them. They will see my business name on their caller ID right after they read my email and it looks like a big coincidence. No matter what, you are only going to have a small percent of people respond, so you also need to know benchmark stats for response rates because what you think is low could be normal.

agree that there are some AI bots or funnels which have been developed that are effective in getting email to the owner or getting you their cell phone number. I've found getting a good email to a founder that is drafted to be personalized and for them to schedule time on your calendar to be the best. that way you/your team focus on the inbound folks who took the time to schedule on your calendar and showing real interest.
