I have recently gone under LOI and looking to speak with any searchers that have closed on small manufacturing businesses (<$15M Rev) to get perspectives on operational due diligence. I have an engineering background and direct operational experience with industrial process-related work on a larger scale (>$1Bn Rev), hence this being a focus in my solo search. That being said, trying to reduce the natural "information asymmetry" which is part of any deal.
