Constellation's original business model doesn't work anymore because valuations for small vertical software companies have gone up dramatically over the past 10 years. Great and impressive story, but impossibly to replicate in the current valuation environment.

Great research about a very private individual. They recently announced they would be chasing larger deals and spun off their European division. Likely another great compounder (TSX: Toi.V).
