We are a healthcare-focused family office that recently acquired a dental implant and denture practice. Our goal is to build an implant-focused DSO through M&A and de novo in the Mountain West and Midwest. We are looking for an experienced multi-site healthcare operator that will manage all business and practice operations, own P&L and growth initiatives, build a lean shared services function, and participate in M&A activities. The ideal candidate will manage company operations while the investment team manages new practice sourcing and M&A pipeline activities. M&A growth plan is to acquire and integrate 2-4 new practices per year. The position will work alongside the Company's existing Chief Dental Officer and will report directly to the Investment Partners of Alpen Group.
